CUSTOM SURVIVAL TOUR:

On this trip, we will be taking some coffee powder, some rice, some Manioc flour, typical Amazonian people’s food, Salt, drinking water, and fishing gear.

Bring a flashlight, dry bags, a raincoat, long pants, hiking boots with shin guards, swimming clothes, a towel, and a small backpack.

This package doesn’t include tips for the guide, so you can bring some money with you.

Day 1:
Pick up at the airport or hotel and go straight to a small guesthouse or a local family home. The place is ideal to leave some clean clothes to wear on the way back. They will also have a suite ( in the lodge ) or a place to use if needed, initially, and have lunch before getting ready to go into the jungle to camp.

Outside, you will learn how to assemble hammocks with knotted knots and also how to assemble mosquito nets. After this learning, you will be able to help with firewood collection and dinner preparation. After dinner, there will be a short canoe exploration to see the starry sky and nocturnal animals such as alligators, snakes, etc.

Day 2:

After the first night in the jungle, you will prepare breakfast, and after breakfast, you will go for a walk in the jungle. On this walk, you will be informed about how to behave and how to take the following precautions during a jungle walk. The guide will explain everything about the fauna and flora. The duration is flexible, and you can even spend the whole day walking in the jungle, preparing your lunch in the middle of the Amazon rainforest, and then return to camp. After arriving at camp, you can go out by canoe to bathe in the river, wash your sweaty clothes, and set up the fishing net. You can fish for some regional fish and prepare them fresh for dinner.

Day 3:

I believe it could be a good day to watch the sunrise at 5:30 am and explore to see the morning animals. Return to camp and prepare breakfast.

After breakfast, it’s a great day to delve deeper into the jungle, camping in another more remote region. Again, they set up a new camp and explore its surroundings to get to know the territory.

After lunch, when everything is set up in Camp, you can go for a boat ride and do some piranha fishing to get some fish for dinner, and after dinner, explore the area by boat to catch some wildlife like monkeys and other birds around the area.

Day 4:

After breakfast, they will go for a walk, as each land has different plants and animals; it can be very interesting to find something new. Return to camp, and after lunch, after a short rest, a river bath, and some more fishing to get some dinner. Before bed, there will be spear fishing, using the techniques used by indigenous people and the local people.

Day 5:

On this day, breakfast preparation is quite flexible.

After breakfast, you can explore the rivers, flooded forests, and creeks to see other types of animals, such as sloths, birds, like toucans, macaws, parrots, etc. Lunch will be at the lodge or local family home, a good opportunity to clean, wash, and get ready to head back to the city of Manaus, arriving around 4:00 p.m.
